Celebrate your child’s special day with us! Our birthday parties are designed to be fun, stress-free and great value.

Party pricing & deposit

• Parties require a minimum of 5 children

• Parties are charged at £16 per child

• When you book, you’ll pay an £80 deposit (this covers the first 5 children)

You’re welcome to add more children:

• Add them during your booking, or

• Call us later to update the numbers and payment

Food & party tea boxes

Food must be ordered in advance so we can prepare everything fresh.

We offer party lunch boxes including:

• Sandwiches – ham, cheese, jam or tuna on white or brown

• Snack – e.g bear paws or oaty bar

• Fruit – apple, banana or tangerine

• Organix Veggie sticks or similar Organix product

• Jugs of squash (upgrade to apple and pear Cawston Press juice cartons for £2/child)

Alternatively, you can order from our main menu — just let us know ahead of time so we can plan for the correct numbers.

Cakes

For safety and hygiene reasons, we don’t allow customers to bring their own cakes.

We offer our own Hen House birthday cake which can be ordered on it’s own or part of a bundle:

• Victoria sponge or chocolate

• £25

• You supply the cake decs or toppers and candles.

Upgrades

You can choose to upgrade your party with balloons, party bags and a birthday cake  for £35 + £3 per child (see options when booking).

Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before the party for a refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

This party package is for a hosted party within our normal opening hours.

• We’ll block off tables and a party area for your group

• Your party guests use the soft play as normal

• Other customers may also be using the play area at the same time

If you’re looking for exclusive hire of the whole venue, please select Exclusive Hire instead.
