How it Works
Purchase membership today and you’ll automatically have immediate access to our soft play and party calendar so you can book yourself in. Just make sure you’re logged in and head to select Soft Play Booking form our product range.
When you purchase membership you’ll have paid your first month upfront. During that first month we will add you to our membership subscription so that you’ll be invoiced monthly for your membership payment. These invoices will come from our payment partner Stripe.
Soft Play Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Cancellation (First Month)
You may cancel your membership at any time during the first month. No refund will be provided, but you will not be invoiced for future months.
2. Membership Subscription
If your membership continues beyond the first month, it will automatically roll into a monthly subscription.
To cancel your subscription, 1 month’s written notice is required.
3. Payments
Membership fees must be paid in full by the due date on your invoice.
Failure to pay will result in the immediate cancellation of your membership. Unresolved payment issues may lead to further action if necessary.
4. Membership Perks
Unlimited Soft Play Visits: Includes entry for 1 adult per visit. Additional adults are chargeable upon entry.
10% Discount on Parties: Applies to any party booking.
10% Discount on Snacks and Food: Applicable to food and drink purchases at the venue.
Free Access to Events and Classes: Enjoy complimentary access to scheduled events and classes.
Complimentary Drink per Visit: Includes one free hot or cold drink per visit (options include lattes, plain hot chocolates, teas, or pre-made drinks from the fridge). Syrups, whipped cream, and alternative milks are not included.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms, conditions, or membership perks at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance.
6. Health & Safety
Children must be supervised at all times. We are not liable for accidents caused by improper use of equipment or lack of supervision.
7. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to terminate memberships for abusive or inappropriate behavior.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence.
9. Data Protection
Your personal information will be securely stored and used solely for membership-related purposes, in compliance with relevant data protection laws.
