Milestones of Owning a Hen House Franchise
Milestone 1 – Book a discovery call with me in the next couple of weeks. No need to commit at this stage. Together we’ll decide if this opportunity is for you.
Milestone 2 – We meet in person to talk in more detail. We’ll go through your questions and concerns, explore territories and timelines.
Milestone 3 – Visit one our clubs to see how we operate first hand. Meet our employees and watch our procedures in practice. Following this you should know if this is the right opportunity for you.
Milestone 4 – Decide on a territory. Pay you 10% deposit. You then have 6 months to find a primary school to partner with. Don’t worry – we’ll help you with this process. We’ve done it many time ourselves.
Milestone 5 – You’ve found your school. Next you need to apply to Ofsted for approval, complete training and start looking for an assistant. We’ll help you meet the Ofsted requirements and get you registered as fast as possible.
Milestone 6 – Set a date your club will open and get marketing. open bookings, approve contracts, check registration forms and read the club policies and procedures.
Milestone 7 – Deliver you starting pack to the school. Unpack, organise and plan your activities, manage key persons, check collection passwords are filled out etc.
Milestone 8 – Launch day! Welcome to being your own boss!
