Soft Play Waiver and Release of Liability (UK)

Please read and agree to the following terms before allowing your child to enter and use our soft play facility.

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that soft play involves some risks of injury. I accept full responsibility for any injury or loss my child may experience due to the inherent risks of soft play, except where caused by the facility’s negligence.

2. Supervision
I acknowledge that parents/guardians are required to supervise their children at all times. The Hen House does not provide child supervision.

3. Rules
I agree that my child will follow all facility rules, including appropriate behaviour, use of equipment and any safety instructions from staff.

4. Medical Conditions
I confirm that my child is fit to participate in physical activities. If my child has any medical conditions, I will inform the staff beforehand.

5. Limitation of Liability
I release the facility and its staff from claims for injury or loss due to the risks of soft play, except where caused by negligence, breach of duty or unlawful actions by the facility.

6. Property
I understand the facility is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

7. Emergency Medical Treatment
In the event of an emergency, I authorise the facility’s staff to seek medical attention for my child. I accept responsibility for any medical costs incurred.

8. Photography
We may from time to time take photos and videos inside The Hen House for promotional purposes. Permission will always be requested by the responsible adult at the time the photos or videos are taken. If you do not wish to be included in any photos please make a member of staff aware upon arrival.

9. Health and Safety
I will not bring my child if they are unwell. I accept the risks associated with potential exposure to communicable diseases, including COVID-19, while using the facility, and will follow any government or facility guidelines.
